Hypnobabies Childbirth Education

Hypnobabies is a very successful 6 week, 3-hours per week, complete childbirth education course that was adapted with permission from Master Hypnotherapist Gerald Kein’s “Painless Childbirth Program” techniques (medical grade, somnambulistic hypnosis). These techniques allow our Hypnobabies students to enjoy “eyes-open childbirth hypnosis”, easily remaining deeply in hypnosis while walking, talking and changing positions; being as mobile as they would like to be during childbirth. Hypnobabies is well-known for helping people create much shorter, easier and more comfortable labors, making childbirth the joyful experience it was meant to be.

With this package, this includes 6 weeks of childbirth education, 1 prenatal visits up to 1 hour and unlimited birthing time, from that you call me to your side up to two hours postnatal (in the hospital) at a home birth up to 2 hours after birth. I also provide one 8 hour postpartum visit that can be broken down to 2 four hour visits. This includes sibling care or assistance with breastfeeding, light meal prep and light house keeping, this package also includes a back up doula.

Package B

Plumtree Baby Birth or Spirit-Led Course

With this package, this is for those that either have limited timing or have some understanding of what birth may entail, I will provide you with 3 or 4 prenatal meetings up to 1-1/2 to 2 hours each, we will go over childbirth education materials, practice comfort measures and partner/support and make postpartum pads with witch hazel and lavender and, create birth affirmations. Two weeks before your estimated birthing time you will have support from me in the following ways, unlimited text/email and phone support, guidance for you and your support partner with any last minute tweaks or changes. Preparation for birth space set up in hospital or home birth. On day of birth, unlimited birth support hours during your birthing time and after birth up to 2 hours and two postpartum follow-up for a total of 4 hours. A back up doula is included with this package in the event I am unable to attend your birth or need back up for longer births.

Birth Supportive Services only

(best for repeat clients/subsequent births)

I offer 2 prenatal visits up to 2 hours to get to know one another but it’s your choice if you waive the 2 visits. I will assist you with preparation for birth space set up in hospital or your home. I will provide you with unlimited support during your birthing time and after birth up to 2 hours. I do provide a 2 hour postpartum care Q&A and referral services available upon request.
